Clara tells you why the stocks you own moved, what is coming up, and when a drop is worth a look.

What it looks like
The reason, not just the number
When a stock you hold moves, Clara gives the likely reason. If the whole sector moved, she says so.
Price-move texts that do not nag
A text when a stock drops 5%, or your own step. The next one needs another full drop.
Earnings before they land
Her Sunday look at the week ahead can list reports for US-listed stocks you track.
Quiet when nothing happened
No ticker tape, no top movers list. Your holdings show up only when something happened.
Common questions
How can I get stock news by text?
Clara sends stock news by text over iMessage. Tell her which stocks you hold, like "i own nvda, aapl and some shop", and she includes them in a short morning when something happened, with the likely reason. She can also text you when a stock drops, and flag earnings for your US-listed stocks on Sundays.
Will Clara tell me why my stock moved?
Yes, when there is a reason to find. Clara matches the move to the news behind it, like an earnings report, a customer delay or an executive leaving. If the whole sector moved together, she says so instead of inventing company news. You can also text her directly, like "why did nvda fall today?"
How do Clara price alerts work?
Clara uses a ratchet. The first text comes when a stock falls 5% from the previous close, or a step you choose between 2% and 25%. Then the reference resets, and the next text needs another full step. A stock that drops once and goes flat stays quiet; one in free fall keeps you posted.
Do price alerts come at any time of day?
No. Clara only sends them between 8am and 9pm your local time, not in the two hours after your morning, at most two a day and never two within an hour. That protects your sleep, but a move at the US open can reach a West Coast reader later, and readers in Asia rarely get them during US hours.
Can Clara tell me when my stocks report earnings?
Yes, for US-listed stocks you track. Clara reads an earnings calendar and can include upcoming reports in her Sunday look at the week ahead, so you know before the numbers land. If an earnings report is big news for your stocks, it can also appear in your regular morning.
