What it looks like
Campus news, not just world news
Tell Clara your school and she follows its student paper and city news, so a fee change or a closed building reaches you.
Internships and new grad roles
Ask for roles in plain words, like "summer data internships in Toronto". New postings in the US and Canada come in their own text.
Talking points before interviews
Text her a company before an interview and she tells you what changed there lately, in a line or two you can actually say out loud.
How Clara works, in numbers
Counted from Clara's own logs over the 7 days before Oct 29, 2026, refreshed weekly. Job boards are checked every 10 minutes.
Common questions
What is the best news source for college students?
One that knows your school and your plans. Clara is an AI news friend on iMessage who texts one to four picked items a morning: campus and city news, news in your major or field, and hiring at the companies you want. You tell her about yourself once in a short text chat, and she adjusts when you react or reply.
Does Clara cover my campus?
Tell Clara your school when you sign up. She reads campus and city sources where they exist, and if your student paper is not on her list yet you can text her its name or link and she adds it. Campus items only show up when something changed that affects you, not every club announcement.
Can Clara find internships for me?
Yes, if you ask. Tell her the role, level and place, like software internships in Seattle for summer 2027. She checks public job boards and company career pages and texts the best new postings after your morning news, with company, title and city written out. Postings cover the US and Canada for now. You apply yourself.
Does Clara tell me about layoffs at companies I applied to?
Yes. When you tell Clara which companies you are targeting, layoffs, hiring freezes and new grad programs there become candidates for your morning. She gives specific facts, like how many people and which teams, and a line on what it means for your search.
How much does Clara cost for students?
Clara is free for the first week, then a paid subscription you can cancel before the week ends. She texts you a heads-up before the trial ends, so there is no surprise charge. You need an iPhone with iMessage, since Clara lives in your Messages app.
Try Clara. Text her hi on iMessage, tell her a little about your world, and get your first story in a few minutes. Free for your first week.
